Jana is a trained lawyer and an expert in international human rights law in the highly relevant subject of data protection. In this episode, we're featuring Jana Gajdošová, who's a Programme Manager in FRA's Research and Data Unit. This podcast looks at the rights from the personal perspective of individuals who work for the FRA. The Charter came into force over a decade ago in December 2009. The European Union's Charter of Fundamental Rights is the foundational document on which the FRA's work is built.
